Mr. Barack Obama, President
The United State of America
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W.
Washington, DC 20500
Please
recall, you have no power over any other human being. No man has power over any other human being.
Consider
the rise and fall of civilizations, which are comprised of individual human
beings. Human beings start a society
based on principles of right and wrong. By
adhering to right principles, the society grows and prospers. But in comes a human being perhaps named
Pontius Pilate, Rome’s civil authority who wrongfully put to death a human
being by the name of Jesus almost two thousand years ago. Mr. Pilate got his job as the Roman
Procurator by “knowing” someone in Rome, family connections I believe. He was brought to the attention of the Roman
emperor and when a job opening became available, he got the job.
Mr.
Pilate, although Roman and proud of his heritage, particularly with regard to
Roman law, was a weak and mean man who eventually gave in to the maneuverings
and machinations of the Jews in whose country he was stationed. He vacillated and tried to avoid pronouncing
the death sentence on Jesus, but the Jews kept threatening Mr. Pilate,
especially with the idea that they were going to Rome to the emperor with their
complaints. And so it was done. Roman laws were broken and an innocent man was
murdered.
The
thing is as a result of Mr. Pilate’s sentence, he lost his wife because he
broke a promise he made to her not to have anything to do with Jesus and this
Jewish religious problem, and he eventually died penniless, with no wife, no
job, no money, no property.
The
thing is that when we are in someone else’s home or state or country, there are
usually rules and laws that must be followed.
But because we are in God’s world, and not He in ours, His rules, the
Ten Commandments, must be followed. The
same rules which God gave to Moses and which Jesus affirmed while He was here
on the earth – and tightened up a bit; for example, adultery. They are a pretty basic set of rules and
cover everything we do here on the earth.
The thing is if you want
to know why you are here on the earth, you must ask your father and your
mother, for it is they who worked with God to bring you here. God did not place you in your present position
as President of the United States of America, a country which is comprised of
individual human beings. Individual
human beings did. And God does not see
human beings as human beings see each other.
Are
you a human being, Mr. Obama?: one head,
two arms, two legs, and work the same as every other human being? Then you have a soul. Every human being has a soul. That’s the way we work and that’s what it’s
all about -- souls.
Consider
the great Ring Cycle: When God the
Father creates a new human being, He gives that human being a soul and it is
the soul which gives the human being’s body life and which grows with the human
being. And when the human being’s body
dies, it is the soul which goes home to eternity to Jesus for judgment. And we are judged according to how we have
obeyed His Ten Commandments while we were here on the earth. From Heaven to earth and back to Eternity: the great Ring Cycle.
There
is so much talk of your lawlessness, your usurpation of power, your use of the
wrong guide book* to govern this country.
But no one human being seems to have come up with some way of putting a
stop to the lawlessness, the usurpation of power, etc.
The
thing is, death is a given. Every human
being dies and every human being’s soul goes home to eternity. Where the soul goes in eternity is up to
Jesus, for He is the Just Judge and the Gatekeeper to God’s heaven. The thing is that retribution does not work,
not even for God. Consider Sodom and
Gomorrah or Noah and the Flood: most of
the human beings who were involved with these events died in them and the ones
who lived through them, were able to tell their stories and the reasons for
which these horrors occurred to their children and maybe their
grandchildren. But eventually these
survivors died and the stories became memories.
Please
consider this little prayer to St. Michael, the Archangel, whose name means
"Who is like God?". St.
Michael, protect us from those who would be like God. Help us to remember Jesus before Pilate when
those who would be like God tell us that they have power over us, and remind us
to tell these human beings that they have no power over us, only God, our
Father, has power over us.
St.
Michael, please protect those human beings who would be like God, who believe
they have power over others. Guide them to Jesus, and guide them safely back to
God's ways of holiness. Amen.
Good
luck, Mr. Obama and God bless you.
Sincerely
yours,
/s/ Bernardette Grant
