The Triune God
We have a Triune God:
God the Father, Who is over all, and Who is the Creator of Heaven and earth and of all things;
and Who will give you your Prayer Clothes, and Who will take you by the hand, sit you down and tell you every sin you have ever committed;
God the Son, Who is Jesus of Nazareth; and
God, the Holy Spirit, Who proceeds from the Father and the Son and Who comes in the form of a dove.

St. Joseph, great protector
Who stands before the throne of God,
I rest my hope in your intercession.

Help me gain the blessings of your Son
So that I may give more perfect thanks
To our most loving Father.

St. Joseph, I see the Christ child,
Asleep in your arms.

I dare not approach
While he sleeps near your heart.

Hug him and kiss his fine head for me.

Ask him to return this kiss to me
When I draw my dying breath.

O Glorious St. Joseph, model of all who are devoted to labor, obtain for me the grace to work in the spirit of penance in expiation of my many sins; to work conscientiously by placing love of duty above my inclinations; to gratefully and joyously deem it an honor to employ and to develop by labor the gifts I have received from God, to work methodically, peacefully, and in moderation and patience, without ever shrinking from it through weariness or difficulty to work; above all, with purity of intention and unselfishness, having unceasingly before my eyes death and the account I have to render of time lost, talents unused, good not done, and vain complacency in success, so baneful to the work of God.  All for Jesus, all for Mary, all to imitate thee, O Patriarch St. Joseph!  This shall be my motto for life and eternity.  Amen.  (Indulgence, 500 days.)

PRAYER IN A DIFFICULT PROBLEM

            O Glorious St. Joseph, thou who has power to render possible even things which are considered impossible, come to our aid in our present trouble and distress.  Take this important and difficult affair under thy particular protection, that it may end happily.  (Name your request.)

            O dear St. Joseph, all our confidence is in thee.  Let it not be said that we would invoke thee in vain; and since thou art so powerful with Jesus and Mary, show that thy goodness equals thy power.  Amen.

            St. Joseph, friend of the Sacred Heart, pray for us.

PRAYER FOR AFRICAN-AMERICANS
We pray that all those African-Americans who were so wrongfully hung from the wood of the tree may come to know Jesus, Who was so wrongfully hung from the wood of the cross, and may they share in His resurrection. Amen.

Good Advice

Leave the past to His Mercy.

Leave the future to His Divine Providence,

And be in the gift of His present.

Always ask Our Lord to use all things for His good, for His is the greater good (especially when everything seems to be wrong, is going wrong, or is wrong).

Always remember to say "Please" and "Thank you" to God for favors and graces given.
